We just received HUD approval for Farmington's latest urban lease product, Park Lane Village. This project will be the beginning of a new and exciting urban core for Farmington.

We've just received word that we have been short listed for the University of Utah Honors Housing Programming. We are teamed with EHDD Architects from San Francisco and hope to work with them.

A large portion of JSA staff have taken advantage of a 6 week Revit (drafting) program. Once the course is complete we expect to be an unstoppable force of Revit skills.

The National Guard has recently hired JSA to design three new buildings. We are happy with the new friendship and look forward to working with them.

The latest 3-D model has been generated for the C. Residence. We are really excited with the pool and patio layout and look forward to see it become a reality.

We met with South Jordan City regarding the Summer Lane upgrade. The new yin yang town home layouts have greatly improved over the previous approved rendition. Bowen Studio did a fantastic job of rendering them.

The T. Residence has decided to remodel their home in Provo. The existing home has proven challenging to model in Revit due to the lack of information on it's existing dimensions. John has plenty of great ideas on how to revamp the dusty home into something amazing.
