Environment
The finest homes and projects can only happen with scenic beauty. Scenic beauty comes with a healthy environment. That is why JSA is conscious about our own environmental actions.

What have we done?
Decreased coal energy use
JSA has switched a portion of it's energy use to wind power.
This will prevent 10 tons of CO2 emissions from being released into our air every year.
The equivalent of not cutting down 5 acres of trees.
Preventing the mining of 12,000 Lbs. of coal per year.
