Julio has earned his Master of Architecture degree from Polytechnic University of Madrid: “Advanced Technologies in Architectural Construction” & “Bio-climate Architecture” (Madrid, Spain 1998). He has been an experienced residential project architect for several years. As a Project Manager for JSA, he works fluently under the supervision of principal architects in a teamwork environment, while developing several master planned communities throughout Utah.

His knowledge of different cultures provides him with a vital perspective in approaching each assignment with a more enhanced approach in how societies can coexist in a more harmonious liviing experience without sacrificing aeshetic design. In addition, Julio is consistantly working on a more modern and contemporary architecture that incorporates new solutions that reflects our very fast changing society in our buildings.
